We currently ship to mainland France, Europe, the United States, Canada, and internationally.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

• 2 to 5 business days for France
• 5 to 8 business days for Europe
• 5 to 10 business days for the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world

These times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping: from €3.90
• Free shipping on orders of €30 or more delivered within France
• Free shipping on orders of $40 or more delivered to the United States and Canada
• Express shipping: available as an option (rate shown at checkout)

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number, sent by email once shipped. You can track your package using the link provided.

Delay or Lost Package

If there is an unusual delay or you have not received your order, contact us at contact@theinstantnails.com with your order number. We will follow up with the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
