General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preamble
These terms and conditions govern sales on the website www.theinstantnails.com , operated by Amine KHELF – The Instant Nails.
By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
1. Products
The products sold are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, despite all the care taken, errors or omissions may occur. The Instant Nails cannot be held liable if these errors do not concern essential elements of the product. Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding.
2. Price
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
The Instant Nails reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without notice, while guaranteeing the customer the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.
Delivery charges are indicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary depending on the destination.
3. Order
The customer confirms their order by clicking on the "Payment" button after accepting these Terms and Conditions.
This validation constitutes an electronic signature and a contractual commitment.
An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
4. Payment
Payments are secured via the platforms offered on the site (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
No banking data is stored on The Instant Nails.
The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Orders are shipped within an average of 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are given for guidance purposes only.
The Instant Nails cannot be held responsible for any delays related to the carrier or customs.

We deliver to:
- The European Union (all member countries)
- The United States
Delivery to other destinations possible on request (delivery times and costs to be confirmed).
6. Customs Clearance Policy
We provide all the necessary documents for customs clearance (commercial invoices, declarations, certificates).
The customer is responsible for verifying that the products ordered comply with the laws and regulations of their country.
Any customs duties, taxes or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in the order.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, sealed products (e.g., false nails) that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Returns & Refunds
The customer has 14 days after receipt to request an exchange or refund, provided that the product is:
- Not used
- In its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered in error, in which case The Instant Nails will cover the costs.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
9. Warranty
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of delivery.
Exclusions :
- Misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications
For any warranty claim, the customer must contact us at info@theinstantnails.com providing proof of purchase and photos of the defect.
10. Responsibility
The Instant Nails cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product, failure to follow instructions, or problems related to transport.
11. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for the processing and delivery of orders.
They are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent court will be that of The Instant Nails' registered office.
